RevMed wasn't created. It evolved.

For more than twenty years, one specialty practice treated peripheral neuropathy and nothing else, with no hospital funding, no venture capital and no insurance reimbursements to fall back on. Every patient walked in by choice, so every treatment had to prove its value. Over tens of thousands of visits, the exam, the treatment, the documentation and the conversation with the patient were refined until they worked, and the lessons became a system.

Now you can treat peripheral neuropathy at your practice.

Built from experience. Proven by results.

  • 20+years exclusively treating neuropathy
  • 30,000+patient visits
  • 250,000+treatments delivered
  • 85%of patients continuing into maintenance

The record of Realief Neuropathy Centers of Minnesota, the practice where RevMed evolved.

The story behind RevMed

Two decades of evolution. One purpose.

RevMed wasn't born in a boardroom. It wasn't built by a software company looking for a healthcare market. It evolved over two decades in one of the most demanding environments imaginable: a specialty practice with no hospital funding, no venture capital and no insurance reimbursements to fall back on, where every patient walked through the door by choice and every treatment had to prove its value.

Every screen, every workflow, every automated note and every patient education page exists because at some point we encountered a real problem in a real clinic and decided there had to be a better way.

Studied. Published. Peer-reviewed.

52.6%

Less neuropathy at eight weeks, against no change on sham treatment, in a randomized, double-blinded, sham-controlled trial of the RevMed protocol. Nearly 90% of treated patients had a meaningful improvement.

Argenta et al., Gynecologic Oncology, 2017. 70 patients.

100 patients

The practice's own published experience: 52% less pain, 55% less numbness and 44% less burning on average, with sensation returning from the knee down to the sole of the foot.

Kelm, Weigel and Ruff, Realief Neuropathy Centers, 2011.

Every day

The protocol in the papers runs every visit at Realief Neuropathy Centers of Minnesota today: symptoms and signs recorded zone by zone, and the treatment built from them.

In daily clinical use since the studies.

The evidence, with its caveats →

zTreatment is the system that practice built for itself: the exam, the treatment, the laser session and the patient's chart, on one screen. Twenty years of neuropathy care, written into the software, so that a provider, a technician and a patient can get through a visit together, and the patient can see why they are coming back.

Everything a neuropathy visit needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Treating a patient with zTreatment. One patient, from the first conversation to the chart that keeps him coming back. 2:29.

A proven protocol, written for each patient

Record the signs you find on the examination, and the treatment is built from them: where to treat, for how long, in what order. You review and approve. Nobody works from a settings sheet.

Your time on the exam, not the laser

The provider takes the history, symptoms, signs and measurements, and approves the treatment. A technician runs the session from the same screen, with every step named and timed, and the laser stopping on its own when a step is done.

Progress the patient can see

Every visit draws the findings on the same picture of the same body. What has resolved since the first exam shows as an outline, the first visit sits beside today's, and the report goes home with the patient.

Documentation that writes itself

Symptoms and outcome scores become the visit note, in sentences, ready to copy into your practice-management system. Standard outcome measures are recorded the same way at every visit, so the record holds up.
